Our very first Haywood Hoedown & Hustle is a wrap! And boy, was it fun.
We don’t have an official count, but we guess probably around 200 or so of you showed up to eat, dance, play, and meet the neighbors and organizations that make up our community.
The food was delicious. The people were happy. The street was alive. Really, it was all we could have hoped for.
What’s next? A whole lot more. We can’t wait to share. But if you can’t wait and want to be a part of what we’re doing, here’s how you can get involved:
- Come to our next neighborhood cleanup: As usual, we’re holding our next cleanup on the last Saturday of the month. That will be August 30th at 9am. Just meet outside 515 Haywood!
- Attend our next neighborhood meeting: We’ve scheduled it for Wednesday, September 3rd, 7:45 to 9pm. Location TBD! If you plan to attend, please RSVP here!
